This is what sify broadband sends me every month when I stay disconnected for weeks every now and then:
You can view your account details by clicking on the "account detail" link on your Broadband client/login page.
Your current account status will be displayed. If you have a balance in your current account, the renewal will be displayed below your current account as a renewal available in pipeline.
Once your current account expires, the renewal account in piepline will come into effect automatically.
The activation date will be from the date of the renewal account coming into effect and the validity will be based on the same.
For keeping track of your account details, please download and use the Sify Broadband Client (download is available on the Sify Broadband login page).
The payment for the same will be collected by a representative of our authorised Business Partner M/s Sanya Broadband shortly.
