Sir,
I want to know my usages of broadband but user id & password are supporting to login to the site.
For inquiry i have phone to call center but no response is being given.Your service provider has not given proper id address & password. your services are very poor & bits very sad to say that cooperation from your side is almost zero.
If you are not able to provide proper services than kindly remove the broadband connection at once.

Bsnl broadband login problem
Some one sent me this e-mail using contact us form for some reason so I thought it would be useful to every one..
dear sir,
i am using 3 broadband connection on 3 telephone lines separately. in past, i was able to use any username and pwd of any line in any connection, but now, when i try to connect other user name and pwd, it asks that the username/ pwd is not registered in domail.
what is exactly the problem now.
pl reply as soon as possible on my email id : .....

Well Sandeep I assume you are using either MTNL or Bsnl broadband and both have them started port binding which means that your login and password will only work with the telephone line assigned to your broadband connection so wont work if you try at some other location or even another phone line in the same house.

check my account usge
i cant check my account usge details please send me a link to check it .. i went to data .bsnl.in but the data usge is only available for dtaone .in only but my bsnl mail id is given as -----@bsnl .in so please tell me how to check account usge details and password change .

This is what sify broadband sends me every month when I stay disconnected for weeks every now and then:
You can view your account details by clicking on the "account detail" link on your Broadband client/login page.
Your current account status will be displayed. If you have a balance in your current account, the renewal will be displayed below your current account as a renewal available in pipeline.

on going to this site i find i am unable to open my account. It says my user ID and pass word is wrong. Even my email ID is not recognized by this site.

We are continously doing follow up with Baddi Exchange & everyday we are told that Broad Band will be available in next 10- 15 days. Same is happening since last six months but so far no result has come.

Reliance data card
I have been using reliance data card for more then two weeks now and just wanted to let every one know that it is well worth the price I paid for it. I paid Rs9000 something for a years rental @650 per months and got 1gb data transfer limit every month and with that I got the data card free of charge as I paid the yearly rental in advance.
Been using this reliance data card at very remote locations like Ranthambhore and outskirts of Agra and a lot of other places and its been working fine.
If you have any specific questions about their service just post in comments and I will be happy to answer them for you.

Bsnl broadband username password
With my User I/D & P/W I can e-mail but this is shown as INVALID when I try to open broadband though resetting was done on 1.12.07.

Forgot password
I have forgotten my Password for loging on to the account but since it's saved in my Computer I can Log on But when I wanted to change the password I am facing a lot of problem since I have forgotten the password.
My BB bill for the month of AUGUST 07 is so high that I think my line is being
used up by somebody else. So I immediately want to change my password.
Please do the needful as soon as possible.

mtnl
Mtnl broadband is doing really well these days and some of my friends who have got mtnl broadband here in delhi have nothing but praises for mtnl.
Mtnl broadband is alright if the mtnl cables connecting your home to the exchange is ok otherwise you and thier horrible customer service... good luck with them coz once there is a fault youve had it once and for all.
Private operators like sify broadband and reliance broadband alright in thie regard as they atleast have soft spoken staff to listen to you over the phone and its a different story if they do anything about it or not.In India internet is set for a revolution as they say but I still dont see it any where near by, It will take years for the isp's to mature.

India is going through a broadband revolution these days and the penetration of Internet in India is increasing day by day which is translating into more and more focus on online advertising by Indian companies.Google adsense has been recruiting in India and I think this is all to tap the online advertising revenue which just needs a little push to get it going.
India Internet service providers are doing a good job especially bsnl broadband who is going to every nook and corner of the country and even providing wimax connections now and is due to roll out its new wimax Internet India services in over 5000 towns and villages.
Broadband prices are bound to come down in the coming days and broadband speed should go up if things go well.
all the desibaba dudes are now actually shopping on the net as well and this should push New Delhi India into a new era of Internet revolution.With cheap loans being available in India not its not very difficult for youngsters to buy a PC and get connected to the Internet.Bsnl internet is providing speeds upto 2mbps at very reasonable prices and will surely lead to and increase in Internet users in India.
Broadband in India is going at speed of light with even villages getting their own websites and a huge demand for .in domains reflects where India is heading and its all good news till now.
