Bsnl
Bsnl broadband is now also available using wimax technology and is available in a few states right now like Gujrat and Maharastra. Right now Bsnl broadband using wimax requires a set up charge of Rs10000 for a connection which is a lot of money for a broadband setup even by western developed countries standards leave alone India. I am sure Bsnl broadband using wimax is bound to get cheaper in coming days and a lot more customers will get wireless broadband from Bsnl.

Usages of broadband
Sir,
I want to know my usages of broadband but user id & password are supporting to login to the site.
For inquiry i have phone to call center but no response is being given.Your service provider has not given proper id address & password. your services are very poor & bits very sad to say that cooperation from your side is almost zero.
If you are not able to provide proper services than kindly remove the broadband connection at once.

Bsnl broadband login problem
Some one sent me this e-mail using contact us form for some reason so I thought it would be useful to every one..
dear sir,
i am using 3 broadband connection on 3 telephone lines separately. in past, i was able to use any username and pwd of any line in any connection, but now, when i try to connect other user name and pwd, it asks that the username/ pwd is not registered in domail.
what is exactly the problem now.
pl reply as soon as possible on my email id : .....

Well Sandeep I assume you are using either MTNL or Bsnl broadband and both have them started port binding which means that your login and password will only work with the telephone line assigned to your broadband connection so wont work if you try at some other location or even another phone line in the same house.

check my account usge
i cant check my account usge details please send me a link to check it .. i went to data .bsnl.in but the data usge is only available for dtaone .in only but my bsnl mail id is given as -----@bsnl .in so please tell me how to check account usge details and password change .

This is what sify broadband sends me every month when I stay disconnected for weeks every now and then:
You can view your account details by clicking on the "account detail" link on your Broadband client/login page.
Your current account status will be displayed. If you have a balance in your current account, the renewal will be displayed below your current account as a renewal available in pipeline.
Once your current account expires, the renewal account in piepline will come into effect automatically.
The activation date will be from the date of the renewal account coming into effect and the validity will be based on the same.
For keeping track of your account details, please download and use the Sify Broadband Client (download is available on the Sify Broadband login page).
The payment for the same will be collected by a representative of our authorised Business Partner M/s Sanya Broadband shortly.
Have a wonderful Sify Internet experience and thank you for your relationship.

The above bill has been received.
An internet usage charges of Rs.8281-00 is included. We do not understand how this is so high. Till now our total bill amount was about Rs.1500-00. To understand why this bill is so high we approached your office. They have guided us to check our service record in your following site: http://10.240.43.216, User ID- mm mm; Password; .......
on going to this site i find i am unable to open my account. It says my user ID and pass word is wrong. Even my email ID is not recognized by this site.
Please let me know how to check my usage account, if the bill shown by you is correct, how to reduce this bill amount in future.

With due respect & honour this is to submitted under your kind control that lot of companies have their manufacturing facility at Manakpur, Distt. Solan (H.P.)
All companies are intersted to have broad band facility at Manakpur in order to speed up their business transactions. We already have given our request for the same with signature of representatives of industries but so far no outcome has come.
We are continously doing follow up with Baddi Exchange & everyday we are told that Broad Band will be available in next 10- 15 days. Same is happening since last six months but so far no result has come.
Kindly help us in getting Broad Band Facility at Manakpur, Tehsil Nalagarh, Distt. Solan (H.P.)
